Here at RiskWatch, our goal is to simplify and streamline your risk assessment and compliance process. As such, we’ve designed our mobile app with you in mind.
The app is used to easily complete assessments on the go, eliminating the need to copy collected data over to your platform once the assessment is completed. The user simply has to open our mobile application and select their assessment site to begin. Utilize your phone or tablet camera to take any supplemental photos that will be added into your report.

To use the RiskWatch app, you will need to have an account created. If you don’t already have an account, simply enter your email address at the top of this page to get started for free. No payment information is required. You will then receive an email asking you to set up your account and password after you select a product and content information.
Go to the App Store and search for the RiskWatch App. Once you’ve located our App, select download. When you open the App, enter in your Username, Password, and Domain. The domain is provided in your confirmation email and is the address that you use to log in with your pc browser.
Once you log in to the App, you are taken to the Survey Progress screen. This screen displays a pie chart that shows you the number of assigned surveys and the progress for each (Complete, Not Started, In Progress). Touch any slice of the pie chart to show a list of surveys with that status. Create new surveys on your pc browser.
Select an individual assessment to start answering questions. You can upload images directly into responses, add comments to a response, and flag questions for review. Once you have finished working on your assessment, press the upload button in the top-right corner of the screen to sync your data to your SaaS instance.
