User Guide: Dashboard Module in Compliance Management Application

We are excited to introduce the Dashboard feature, designed to simplify and enhance the way you manage Dashboard. This guide will provide step -by-step instructions.

1. Overview of Dashboard module in compliance product:

In a compliance product, a dashboard module is a visual interface or tool that aggregates, displays, and analyzes key compliance-related data in a user-friendly format. The goal of this module is to help compliance officers, managers, and other stakeholders quickly assess the state of compliance across various areas, track performance, identify risks, and make informed decisions.

2. How to Access Dashboard module in compliance product?

Dashboard module can be accessed from below navigation

• Navigate to Main Menu
• Select Dashboard module
• When user click on dashboard module if any widgets added those widgets should be displayed on the page.
• Dashboard columns should be displayed as below:
• Filter: When user want to filter data by clicking on filter button user can filter the dashboard data.
• Select Filter: By default last 3 months data should be displayed on the page. When user click on select filter dropdown below data should be displayed:
• Last 3 Months
• All Data
• All Completed Assessments
• Last 3 Months: When user selects this select filter in dashboard last 3 months data should be displayed on the charts.
• All Data: When user selects this filter in dashboard page all data should be displayed on the page.
• All Completed Assessments: When admin user selects this filter in dashboard page all completed assessments data should be displayed on dashboard charts.
• When user selects charts in user roles in settings modules those charts should be displayed in dashboard page for that user.
• When user click on dashboard module by default dashboard tab should be displayed with below charts:
• Average Risk Score Chart
• Facility Risk Score Breakdown Chart
• Average Compliance Score Chart
• Overall compliance score on library
• Overall Compliance Chart
• Overall Count Based on Response Type
• All Task Status
• Survey Progress
• Risk by Facility Region Type

1. What is Average Risk Score chart in dashboard module page?

• An "Average Risk Score Chart" on a dashboard typically represents a visualization of risk levels over a period of time or across different categories in a system, process, or business activity.
• In Average Risk Score chart risk score data will be shown in this chart.
• Average Risk Score chart will show unique facility assessments.
• When user click on this average risk score data average risk score popup should be displayed and in this popup all average risk score data should be displayed.
• Average Risk Score chart can be downloaded in PNG & JPG formats.
• Average Risk Score Chart can be minimized & maximized.
• In average risk score chart based on selected filter data should be displayed on the chart.
• In average risk score chart assessments data display here, like if a facility accessed 3 to 4 times, then it will display only latest assessment information for that facility.
• In average risk score chart all assessments average will be calculated and displayed on the chart.

• When user place mouse over on risk score chart that particular month average score should be displayed on the page.

• A Facility Risk Score Breakdown Chart provides a detailed visualization of the risk levels associated with different aspects or areas of a facility, whether it's a building, factory, hospital, or any other type of operational facility.
• In facility Risk Score chart we are showing total assessments facility risk score data on the chart.
• In facility risk score chart we are showing below data assessments:
• Medium
• Low
• Medium Low
• High
• Medium High
• This facility risk score breakdown chart can be shown in Bar chart & Pie Chart.
• By default facility risk score breakdown chart show in pie chart.
• Based on risk score values chart slices size will be displayed in facility risk score break down chart.
• When user click on individual slice chart popup should be displayed on the page.
• In facility risk score breakdown chart risk score values will be displayed in which are in High Risk, Low Risk, Medium Risk, Medium High, Medium Low based on the settings.
• Facility Risk Score Breakdown chart can be downloaded in PNG & JPG formats.
• Facility Risk Score Breakdown Chart can be minimized & maximized.
• In facility Risk score chart user can hide slices of the chart in facility risk score breakdown chart.

• When user click on any colour chart that particular data should be displayed on the popup page.
• When user click on low slice chart in facility risk score break down chart in dashboard below columns should be displayed:

1. How to sort data in Low Assessments popup in facility Risk Score break down chart in dashboard module popup page?

• Open Facility Risk Break Down chart.
• Click on Low chart.
• Low Assessments Popup should be displayed.
• Go to top of the screen.
• Go to Sort By field.
• Checked columns should be displayed in sort by field dropdown.
• Select the ‘Assessment Name” in the Sort By field, Assessment Name column is sorted.
• Select the “Facility Name” in the Sort By field, Facility Name column is sorted.

1. Can we hide/seek Popup data in low assessment facility Risk Score break down chart in Dashboard module?

• Open Facility Risk Score break down chart.
• Click on Low Assessments.
• Popup should be displayed.
• Go to top of the screen.
• Click on See/hide column.
• Check from the list selected columns should be displayed on the popup screen.
• Check whether unchecked columns should not be displayed on the page.

• The Overall Count Based on Response Type in a compliance product refers to a breakdown of responses to compliance-related surveys, assessments, audits, or questionnaires categorized by the type of response provided. Overall count based on response type chart display for selected filter assessments how many questions answered like : Yes/No, Scale, Single , Dropdown , Custom Response, Date & Number .This metric helps organizations understand how participants or departments are responding to compliance questions or checks, and it typically classifies responses into different types such as "Yes," "No," "N/A" (Not Applicable), or "Pending."
• Overall count based on response type chart show max 120 responses at a time.
• Overall count based on response type chart X-axis show response names & Y axis shows count for those responses.
• Overall count in dashboard describes how many responses given for all the assessments in that particular selected filter.
• Overall compliance chart can be downloaded in both PNG & JPG format.
• Overall compliance chart can be minimized & maximized.

1. What is All Tasks Status chart in dashboard module?

• In dashboard All Tasks charts we have below features
• All Tasks
• My Tasks
• All Tasks: By default all tasks chart is displayed on the dashboard page. In this all tasks data should be displayed on the page.
• My Tasks: When user enables my tasks toggle assigned to that user tasks should be displayed on the page.
• When user clicks on any chart that particular data popup should be displayed on the page.
• User can hide any chart data on the all tasks status chart in dashboard page.
• All task status charts should be displayed in both bar chart & pie chart.
• All task status charts should be minimized & maximized.
• All task status charts should be downloaded in PNG & JPG images.

1. What is Survey Progress chart in dashboard module?

• The Survey Progress Chart in a compliance product is an essential tool for tracking and visualizing the completion of surveys or assessments related to compliance. It shows how far along the survey process is, which respondents or departments are engaged, and whether the data collection is on schedule. This helps compliance teams monitor progress, ensure timely data collection, and identify areas where follow-up may be required. By providing a clear and real-time snapshot of survey participation and completion, the chart aids in maintaining efficient and effective compliance management processes.
• When user clicks on any chart in survey progress chart in dashboard that particular chart popup should be displayed on the page.
• When user not started survey then it will show in not started survey progress.
• When user answer a question then that survey will show in progress in survey progress chart in dashboard.
• When users complete the survey means then that survey will show in complete status in dashboard survey progress chart.
• When user not started survey and assessment end date crossed then that survey will show in closed status in dashboard survey progress chart.
• If assessment reached end date and survey not completed means then it will show in incomplete status in dashboard survey progress chart.
• Survey Progress chart will be displayed in Bar chart & Pie Chart.
• Survey Progress chart in dashboard can be minimized & Maximized.
