Overview of Dashboard module in compliance product: In a compliance product, a dashboard module is a visual interface or tool that aggregates, displays, and analyzes key compliance-related data in a user-friendly format. It sits inside the RiskWatch compliance workspace and shares its data with assessments, the evidence vault, and the audit-pack export so a single change updates every downstream view.

How do I use the Dashboard screen?

Open the RiskWatch app, navigate to the Dashboard module from the main menu, and apply the filters or actions described in the guide below. Permissions follow your role profile, so admins see configuration, assessors see workflow actions, and viewers see read-only data. Saved views and filters persist per user across sessions.

The goal of this module is to help compliance officers, managers, and other stakeholders quickly assess the state of compliance across various areas, track performance, identify risks, and make informed decisions.

Dashboard module can be accessed from below navigation

  • Navigate to Main Menu
  • Select Dashboard module
  • When user click on dashboard module if any widgets added those widgets should be displayed on the page.
  • Dashboard columns should be displayed as below:
  • Filter: When user want to filter data by clicking on filter button user can filter the dashboard data.
  • Select Filter: By default last 3 months data should be displayed on the page. When user click on select filter dropdown below data should be displayed:

  • All Data
  • All Completed Assessments
  • Last 3 Months: When user selects this select filter in dashboard last 3 months data should be displayed on the charts.
  • All Data: When user selects this filter in dashboard page all data should be displayed on the page.
